These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website available at sibeling.com (the "Site"), operated by sibeling d.o.o., a company established in the Republic of Croatia ("the Company", "we" or "us"). By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational in nature and presents the Company's activities and services in the field of emergency (escape and panic) lighting — including design, equipment supply, commissioning, maintenance and technical service. All information, product descriptions, technical specifications, prices and deadlines shown on the Site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding offer is provided exclusively in writing, based on a specific inquiry.

The user undertakes not to use the Site in any way that would:

• violate the laws of the Republic of Croatia, the EU or international law;
